Building for season 2 as we have to hold progression due to scheduling conflicts and difficulty of pugging mid tier bosses

-Prior Mythic focused guild that took a break during Shadowlands and looking to rebuild the team! We have a CE experienced Raid Lead and the Core team has lots of Mythic exp. As a guild we took a break after BFA and are Looking to reform and push again.
-The expectation is that you are not simply raid logging and expecting others to juice you up, we have plenty of key pushers and players willing to help others accomplish their goals! So we like to see the same effort from all those looking to join the team.
-We have gamers of varied levels and as always friends will help you improve your play if you want to put in the time!
-As a few of us have been playing for a while we like to vibe and banter and have fun, but we know when it comes time to settle down and play we will, we have no intention in wasting each others time.

-DPS will continue to be competitive so do not take offense if you are asked to sit for
a prog boss due to lower performance, we also have people willing to help you review
logs and improve.

-Pally, Priest, Evoker, Monk
Rules & Information:
Age limit - We do not accept players under 18 in raid, most of the guild is in their mid 20s to mid 30s.
Loot - RCLootCouncil. You keep BoP upgrades for your mainspec.
Attendance - needs to be above 80% within any rolling 3 month average. Absences need to be posted in discord in advance. Not the place for you if your work schedule is crazy, or you often need to AFK.
Civility - We won’t tolerate racism, homophobia, or just generally being a horrible person. First offense gets you removed for any of this.
