I havent even gotten 1 mask yet xD. Perfecting my route atm…I can get a 4/5 done but either I lose sanity after finishing the Mage or in the middle of the Mage. Tbf, I havent done much routing and been killing everything and chugging every good potion for tributes
Including Long Night mask? with one row available? I can’t see it. 50% sanity made it harder.
I have seen videos of full clear, but not with 5 masks.
I haven’t tried it yet. Does the old cloak work? I’m guessing not, even though technically it should since it is essentially the exact same content.
I’ll get around to doing it for the 5000 pet and then probably be done.
The cloak doesn’t even work in the legacy raid, complete paperweight now.

Its literally been done, people posted on reddit about it. You need a high ilvl/right class/spec of course…but its very doable. Look it up on youtube, theres many guides already week 1 for 5 mask clears.

I’m not bothering with 5 masks or higher until I’ve got more upgrades.
I’ve done 1 mask to get stuff like the motorcycle and some of the other masks, but I don’t see a point in pushing for 5 masks until I’ve unlocked all the upgrades to improve my sanity.
Got 4 masks, 5 mask I have to rush and Mage is just a nonending nightmare of adds with Leaden Foot. I just don’t have the sanity.
Still, confident 5 mask will be simple with Nemesis. In BFA Long Night was defeated by a fully upgraded cloak and the self rez, and I imagine that will be the case here.
So, it’ll get done!
coincidentally i was wrapping up bfa quests i hadn’t gotten around to and stumbled across the bfa version of visions today, did 3 runs of that but it seems like there’s less to do and a lot more grinding to unlock its talent tree, which is required to buy some mount off wrathion (for 100k currency?!?!?)
the remake visions are pretty boring too, reward hardly any currency despite requring a ton, so i cleared 2 districts in a few runs, got 2 of the 8 things for the quest, and that’s it. nowhere near filling up one of the buff bars in the starting room, i just want to get the mounts but i hate grinding and every time wow feels too much like a chore list i quit, so i’m trying to keep from doing too much of this repetitive junk

As for prog, I feel pretty confident that if we had all 8 masks this week, I’d be able to 7 mask full clear, but because of the limited selection, can only 4.
I figure why aggrivate myself when this week will make it 50x easier.
My game lagged and then disconnected when I was about to kill Alleria on my first all-boss run since they were brought back, so that kind of soured me, and I haven’t done a vision since. I don’t know how to unlock masks, and I didn’t do masks back in BfA, so it isn’t much of a concern for me.
I am just gonna take a relaxed approach to this, I did solo 5 mask runs back in BFA on a feral druid so I am in no hurry this time around.
Whoop, didn’t think I’d do it in week one, but managed to get 5/5 Objectives cleared, got started on the Void Bike & got the Handlebars, got Hogger’s Shard, unlocked my second Mask (Shaw’s) and finally got the Void Horse Mount! Obviously unlocked a few pets to boot.
Still very proud of myself with what progress I achieved, but def needing some Gear Upgrades and more Hourglass Talents to do anything more than 1 Mask 2/5 Objectives
You know what my true horrific vision is? A future where the only content Blizzard provides is both recycled and time gated. But not only is it recycled copy paste content that is time gated, but they also time gate the time gates.
Before you are able to get to the main time gate, you have to wait out the other time gates, which in turn have time gates attached to them. 12 stages of different time gates, we’[re talking inception level of time gates within time gates.
What is the ultimate reward for braving through all of the time gating? The ability to play content that was fresh and new 10 years ago.

I was hoping to see some of your comments. I’m definitely not as geared as you are, and as my main is a shadow priest, I am finding it difficult just to get the first mask. /sigh
i HATE timed content. its the only reason i stopped doing dungeons because the goal is to push keys, which is timed.
i dont know if i will do these again, short of goign for a mount or something.
i dont want to spend all week in a dungeon, but at the same time, i dont want to have to rush and not be able to enjoy it either
Well, managed in the last 30mins before shutdown to get the Void Gryphon and Mail Muncher mounts, as well as acquire 4 of the Masks and get Hogger’s Shard!
I honestly didnt think I’d manage to get a full 5/5 clear in week one, much less get that and all current masks (save for 5/5 clear with a mask on) and a bunch of the mounts!
