Blizz allowed addons to access info on the game. Weak Aura did access it but they abused the access of the info… Weak Aura got more info than what players need like alerting the raid group to stage/dodge a mechanic which they should not do. Now, Blizz is shutting the access. And the whole Weak Aura is being abandoned becoz they cant cheat anymore. How many freaking players beat Mythic Raid Bosses easily with Weak Aura playing their game? I remember Mythic Raiders said they are required to use WA to beat certain Mythic Raid Bosses. That’s so stupid. The game should be played without the need for WA.

Weak Auras does exactly what it’s allowed to by Blizzard’s API. if you actually have evidence it was doing anything it wasn’t supposed to be allowed to, you’d be the first!

It’s like if you play Chess against any Human opponent. And you use a computer to give you your moves. On this, you answer this question: Is your Human opponent playing with you? Or is your Human opponent playing with the computer?
If you ask me, the programmer who made the Sprocket Weak Aura, he could use it for his guild… he deserved it. But those players in Public, they didnt make the Weak Aura program. They just copied it. They dont deserve to use it. To deserve it, make their own Weak Aura. That’s more just. But the Public are so entitled. They claim they deserve to use the cheat. And the game became a joke becoz everyone is using it. That’s stupid.
