Yeah i started that quest read the text and was going through it like oh im totally gunna be the good guy and save this spider dude and then realized there was no choice to save him. I abandoned that quest so fast hell if i could id go back and merk that whole group around the quest giver. Ive really like Azj-Kahet but that quest gave me a really bad taste in my mouth.

I had a trinket or something that was transforming me all the time. The model is somewhat in game.
The voidelves train endlessly to not let the void control them. The Vulcans of Star Trek meditate to help them control their emotions. Maybe all the ascendant nerubians need to not be mind-controlled is to train their mental resilience?
A new troll race to counter the new dwarf race…. Maybe. We don’t know a lot about them yet.
Sadly, I agree. I’d prefer our spidery allies than the ascended and I think it’d be forgivable to give them much more restricted transmogs for being so inhuman, but I doubt it would happen.
We help the Earthen reach an unbound status free from their old edicts. I believe that eventually ALL the peoples of the deep, including the Arathi will achieve an unbound. For the Arathi this is important because they are obviously nice people from a not so nice place. Maybe they will lose interest in rejoining an Empire that would hate their new friends.
There are several suggestions of playable races with similar problems. Eventually it may be worth thinking up rules for such characters. Maybe by flat out accepting that some things are not possible to achieve. So, a spiderlike nerubians will have a smaller mount selection. They will have some mounts, so they have them, but most will not be useable.
But playable vrykul will not work due to size problems.

I am inclined to agree. I’d like to see Naga, Nerubians, and Mantid, who would have to give concessions there. I think that, so long as they are allied races and get a racial option for a skyriding mount, as well as getting access to at least one aquatic mount that is available, having to give up on armor slots and a narrower mount selection is a reasonable compromise, and I’d love to level a spooder.

/ with 2 piece transmogs options of hat and gloves.
