No, he is talking about a 10 day in-game suspension for abusive language and such. He posted about it yesterday and a Forum Support Agent pulled the post to CS and answered him to explain that they now will also Suspend, not just Silence for some infractions. They always could, but they seem to be using it a bit more often again.

That will eventually happen. I think we talked about that before. They forums were updated such that eventually over enough months you can earn TL3 back even if you had a suspension. I don’t know how long that takes though. Quite a while, but at least it is no longer permanently locked for you. I don’t think they can or do share how long someone has left on it. They don’t really track the Trust Level progress. If they did it would be something we could see (and I wish it was).
