The problem right now is the inability to put the effort in. I have 14 vessels on my paladin right now, and the ability to buy another 10 right this second if I wanted to. I am presently 5 weeks away from capping out my cloak. This makes a huge difference to the content I can push right now. Nevermind the fun of stacking corruptions.
Yes. Believe it or not I’d happily sit down for 8 hours grinding visions if it meant catching up on my paladins cloak today. Hell I did 24 five mask clears of orgrimmar last week on my druid for sockets. I have no issue putting in the work to get what I want.
The problem is that right now I have no way to do this for my paladin.
God forbid people want to play alts in fun content. Spoiler alert but playing an alt in a +5 is no fun when you are used to doing 18’s or higher. It’s the 18’s and 19’s that are fun for me.
Translation: “God forbid people have multiple characters capable of doing content they find fun and challenging.”
None of us are complaining about that. We are complaining about a timegate that prevents us from doing that.

Your are kidding me right? Unless you think it’s a good idea to play with 80+ corruption then it is very much needed.
It’s the difference between timing a key and missing the timer. Between a 1% wipe on a boss or a kill. It’s actually pretty damn significant.
Which do you think would provide greater awareness to Blizzard. A post that has 230 views, or one that has over 4k? And btw, the post I am referring to is on the front page as well a few posts lower than yours.
Why are you derailing this thread. More people talking about this is good. More posts on the top of the forums all about the same thing is good. Shows a serious player concern with the topic at hand.
Both but yeah his would garner more attention that mine. If you look at the pvp forums there is like 10 about destro lock. Everyone knows destro is a problem in arena. This is why you run what you can, if your group needs your 1% damage then you’re probably in terrible groups to begin with, doing lfr/norm/heroic content doesn’t require mythic dps. Nor does mythic require anything past rank 15, the only thing having more dps does is narrow the gap between those with skill to fend off mechanics longer than those that can’t and in turn reducing timers. Instead of three phases on wrathion you can do one or two.
I’m just taking blizzards words and applying them here, kind of like that Q&A with ion and josh when he brought up fix pvp and his sarcastic “we’ll get right on it” comment, noone cares about pvp, i’d rather play an fps than pvp in wow. As a matter of fact my first season was bfa s1 and if my buddy didn’t quit would’ve hit 2400 in a couple weeks time, it’s a joke to acquire rating, all it is is time spent = rating. Btw was at 2355 ish, we were demolishing mmrs of 28-2900.
Sorry but I don’t have a hard on for the dude and watch everything they post, but still my comment stands, look at how many people watch rank 1 pvpers in stream, maybe 50-100? throughout every pvp stream, noone cares. Also yes I did hit 2300 rating, I’m not lying but believe what you want, pvp is still the worse piece of content in wow, this is why everyone that likes pvp went to classic where everything is broken and boring.
I find it really interesting you are assuming this when not only did they SAY in the post you replied to they do higher content than that, but the character they are posting on is 2700 IO and 8/12 mythic.
Guys can you please continue with your debate to bump up the relevancy of the other post that has over 4k+ views please. I am doing my best not trying to get it buried again.
Not trolling, just as far as I’m concerned watching wow streams are probably one of the most boring things to do unless the streamer is entertaining, but seriously look at how many people watch rank 1 pvpers, very little. As far as world first clears go that’s a different subject, I don’t really care who gets world 1st my self nor do i watch them or mdi, like I said watching wow is pretty boring if you think about it.
