Whats the title and how do we get it? Is it the Minion of Mayhem. Cause thats turned up in my list and I have no idea how I got it lol.

Yea, it’s ‘[name], Minion of Mayhem’. You get it by completing BRD pet dungeon and talking to the NPC and accepting her invitation to join their group.
