Isn’t that bad, I’m playing from Brazil and my ping is about 150~170. I know people that plays with 200 ping and still do all content in game, your ping is fine lol
Does that stand for Southeast Asia? I’ve made the amazing mistake of playing on US servers despite being in South Asia… good grief, 2000 ping is something else. 
But that’s more the fault of my WiFi probably, since there’s slightly more stability over hotspot.
I’m playing from SEA. Started this game at 300-500ms on Illidan server. Used to it. ISP and routing improved over time. Now, I’m playing with 230-270ms on Illidan and Stormrage, 100-170ms on Frostmourne and Barthilas.
It’s the matter of how you adapt and the consistency of your internet as well. You could play better on consistent 50Mbps than spiky 1Gbps.
