I’m just here to see what was so great about Vanilla WoW.
Seems like the same thing in retail. Only more boring.
Was singing I’m gonna be (500 miles) while running around the barrens.
I love being the underdog… maybe that’s why I dont like playing horde on a horde heavy server. Anyhow, wPVP is terrible for a lot of people right now… I dont see why people are so against BG’s… if you dont want to play BG then dont… simple
I love BGs and look forward to them. As do many people, it will help to serve the intended consequence of reducing wPvP. Perhaps greatly depending on queues and how many people want to follow the meta ranking mentality.
I’d simply like them released when originally intended. wPvP in vanilla was not much longer, but we’ll only experience the massive scale wPvP we see for around 3 weeks.
It may be inconvenient to play Horde on Heartseeker, but the sense of a dynamic world and having to be PvP minded first is unrivaled. This gameplay promotes you concerning yourself moreover with PvP, which should be the case on PvP servers. You will get ganked, a lot. You will have to wait to spawn, a lot. You will escape, sometimes when you start to adapt. And you will grind a massive amount of honor and engage in constant PvP.
What could be better on a PvP server?
I do sympathize with PvPer’s on PvE servers that are pumped for BGs, it’ll definitely be welcome content. That said, I’m not one to argue with time - in the case of BGs there is a set date and the will drop accordingly. Time to start farming WSG
Faction changes > faction queues. Faction queues kill servers, faction changes help servers.
The only ques we’re gonna get are the one’s of people queing to leave alliance/quit the game, amirite? h4hh4
Calling BS on this. You don’t play Horde on Heartseeker, you play Horde on one of the other dozen servers that are imbalanced in favor of the Horde. The only reason you’re using this example is to try and obscure that fact. You would be concerned about this if you had to experience it.
Agree to disagree. Because they did not regulate at the start, then measures must be taken now. And where did I give you the impression that I did not want healthy numbers on servers?
Your “choose your preferred server type” is absurd, unless there is a sooper secrit field where it shows the faction ratios.
Tools should absolutely be implemented to fix severely imbalanced servers, or their shelf lifes will be drastically shorter.
Still QQing like a lil pansy Alliance eh?
If we had servers balanced 90% of the Horde would have to go to your weak PvE servers since Alliance cowards just hide there.
I’m all for Faction queues, if they remove PvE realms entirely as well. I don’t want to be forced to a Carebear server because Alliance won’t roll PvP.
You don’t have to roll PVE, you can wait in line since you chose the overpopulated faction.
So I just wait in line until Alliance from PvE servers have to reroll to PvP since those servers are imbalanced as well? Still doesn’t sound like a good idea.
You wait in line until some of the overpopulated Horde log out. As they log out 1 by 1 new Horde will get into the servers. You won’t just sit there until the queue empties. People are logging out all the time for various reasons, so new Horde would be getting in constantly as they do.
So what if I just remote desktop in and never log out? Or I just keep my toons logged on for 18hours a day?
Then congrats you have found a way to play around the queues you have spent days whining about.
But you haven’t found a reason to not cry about imbalance?
You’re a joke. Can’t argue the point so you result to ad hominems. /wave see ya bud.
Glhf with not learning how to work around an experience.
Totally justified to complain about imbalance.
That’s just your opinion man.
Even in a balanced server you can still be wafflestomped into the ground.
You’re not crying about imbalance, you’re crying about losing in WPvP.
If the numbers are indeed that even, then faction based queues wouldn’t change anything and nobody would even notice them.
There’s literally no reason not to except angering a faction that’s already enjoyed months of extreme advantage over the other.
Just because it can happen still doesn’t mean anything. One side completely waffle stomping the other into the ground on occasion is fine. If it’s every day, all the time, in every zone, to the point where people can’t even enjoy the game, then it’s a balance issue that needs to be addressed. Funny you are so threatened by the prospect of fairness that you can’t get that.
A bit dramatic are we?
I play on the “PvE server of Horde” yet I was camped at LHC the other day by a group of Alliance, had to deal with some in Silithus the other day, the list goes on.
Stop crying. The game isn’t designed to be balanced around a Phase that’s only going to last for 4 weeks.
