We get it... All Races on both factions are "Sorry" for their actions

You threw the entire thread off because you got offended that someone said they wanted more masculine men. Your ultra fragility has ruined this entire topic.

There are no politics in this thread. Yet another misconception when it comes to this type of discussion. Someone’s gender or who they love, etc. has nothing to do with politics.

I pointed out your personal prejudice. Not some grandstanding issue somewhere across the entirety of the game or something.

@Sendryn

Trolling I think… try to address the topic and not the person. Thank you

Actually, you pointed out to us that you are prejudiced against men as wanting representation isn’t prejudice.

I didn’t get offended. I just saw what the OP was truly on about and decided to nope out of an actual conversation with them concerning this “evil faction” thing.

You seem to be the one upset, not me. You could have easily ignored it and moved on. I’ve even stated over and over again that whatever y’all turned this into isn’t what I ever once meant. But you doubled down on it. So who actually “ruined” the entire topic here?

LOL literally never once said this either.

Good lord, the Twitter levels over reaching and twisting are astounding.

No we’re not.

100% you got offended because of your female fragility.

No, that’d just be a severe lack of critical thinking, to generalize the actions of an entire race by the words of a handful of individuals. To say that a sentiment may exist within a race isn’t incorrect, but to say that race is uniform in that sentiment is another matter. Even among some of the most culturally unified races like the Night Elves, you’ll still find those who don’t adhere to the general way of thinking, such as those whom have no faith or love in Elune as their Goddess.

I think what you’re looking for is more examples contradicting the apologist narrative we’ve seen, but you seem to ignore that these examples exist aplenty already: we kill those fools for phat lewt.

Are you looking for some sort of… validation that those whom do not express remorse should be proven right on some sort of karmic or narrative scale? Not quite sure what sort of message that’d get across to the audience. Certainly not a good one.

Then again, this is Warcraft. The notion that there is any kind of depth or meaning to this story went out the window long ago when Lore consistency took a backseat to Rule of Cool and Developer infighting over who’s waifu/husbando was the best and deserved to sit in the Warchief’s chair.

The only thing the Pandaren are sorry for is not being hidden by the Mists anymore.

The entire topic turned into anti-men passive-aggressive attacks because someone wanted more masculine men. Thats ultra fragility and female supremacy.

I just wanted to read about everyone’s take on villains and their accountability or lack there of and the discussion about the war between the factions. All this talk of prejudice and other nonsense soured all of that. I’m outta’ here. Lmao

PS - Garrosh did nothing wrong. :pensive:

Keep making stuff up if it makes you feel better. I know that’s how social media rides today on all that drama. I won’t be participating in your made up stuff any longer.

Not making it up, you still wont shut up about it. Your bigotry and fragility are too much. Time to ignore you.

Ok, the ultra fragile bigot is ignored. Can we return to the real conversation before it was derailed because someone DARED to not crap on men?

I mean, that’s what they’ve been doing for 8 expansions, for the most part. Though Thrall was a lovey, fuzzy being by this measure. And Cairne, and Baine. And Zul’jin.

It sounds like you want single-focused, simple, black-and-white characters without nuance or redemption arc(s). Which is fine, I mean yes, it’s simple and classic. It’s all subjective and I definitely know that people will have differing opinions.

However, there are several active threads right now saying the same thing, so it does feel a bit spammy to make another one.

Just out of curiosity, did you watch Game of Thrones? If so, did you enjoy Season 8?

Bingo. Not to mention those who turned to the Flame again because of it. There are others who don’t have faith in Tyrande, either.

And when it concerns the Orcs, there are some who still think the War of Thorns was the best idea, while others do not.

Then there’s the Tauren who just got caught in the middle of the War of Thorns. They didn’t even know how to address that, because they backed them into a corner… so they just… didn’t.

While Dragonflight is an attempt to move forward from what happened, that doesn’t mean everyone has. And it doesn’t mean people can’t roleplay their characters any way they want: good or evil.

But we’ve seen what happens when evil is forced onto a race or faction: it doesn’t go well with the players.

Sadly true.

The timeframe of this post, the first line being about night elves discriminating against mages, and the release of Bellular’s night elf heritage armor video is not lost on me.
