Wow Classic, let’s be honest, is fun as it is but completely imbalanced and out of content at 60. IMO it would be a good idea to just deploy BC in 1-2 years. BC is way more balanced ( paladins can play RET WOW) and the content is amazing.
Classic was a mess and BC came correcting it.

Have fun. Count me out. I have no interest in level cap increases that invalidate all previous effort and progression. No thanks. I’d like to think that the time wasting I do in game isn’t actually completely worthless and flushed down the toilet when the next round of treadmill resets start. I’m happy staying at 60 forever.
MC was cleared by a group of L55 players in mid 45-55 greens and blues.
Ony was cleared by a group of sub 60 raids with only 34 people in the raid.
Please tell me how ret paladins are still not viable? Ret paladins won’t be the #1 dps in your raid, but with the content being what it is, anyone still trying to play gatekeeper with other players specs is being remedial. Any spec for any class will work just fine in Classic.

players need to quickly put aside their epeens and just have fun.
BC is worse than classic, resilience was terrible for pvp, it introduced welfare epics to the game, removed 40man raids, added flying.
Id rather stick closer to classic design, but someday we will have full progression servers so its not like it wont happen.
Retail has corrupted far too many people. Said people need to be kept inside a small locked room with the following: soda, chips, a lazy boy with a toilet installed, and a computer that only runs Classic. They will be cleansed soon enough! Soon enough, I say!

I did not mind TBC i only got to play 1.12 for 2weeks before TBC came
Although i really love classic and would not care if TBC comes out in a year or 2
I even thought WOTLK was passable it’s when Cat came by when I quit wow cat totally destroyed the game

BC is still in retail. Vanilla IS NOT.
Not everyone does. It can definitely exist side by side with Classic vanilla servers. Unlike most suggestions I’ve seen though, I’d prefer that everyone start fresh instead of the current Classic servers ending up in a rapture type situation where a large chunk of the characters vanish, never to be seen again.

It’s very fortunate that Content is LITERALLY the smallest part of this game. The real journey begins when you have BiS gear and ALL content cleared.
RPG’s have never been about content. Can we just enjoy finishing the Content so we can do everything else for a change without something else looming ahead to ruin this experience.
TBC came out way way too soon.
I just really hate this content mentality that thinks this game revolves around Raiding. When it clearly doesn’t.
With that said I love TBC but please separate servers that don’t ruin Classic and have that in 2021 thanks.
As far as I remember, Blizz mentioned on their reddit AMA to be open to independent servers for TBC + WLK. People could then transfer their toons if they wish to. This seems the best option so far if we were to get expansions re-release.
Classic is imbalanced so the answer is to go to BC and all be resto druids?
Or no it’s just “I CAN BE A PALLY” Just say no to belves. We didn’t get real horde pallys until cata and no body wants a cata server.
If they kept classic servers and added a few TBC servers it might be kinda fun. I wasnt a huge fan of TBC tbh. Wrath was more my cup of tea back in the day. Maybe if they let you keep classic, then allow you to import your 60 to a TBC server it would worth playing a few months.
I don’t understand why do people keep asking for BC servers. All of the BC content is still accessible in the Retail game–the zones, the dungeons, the raids, the gear, the quests, etc. People could just roll new characters there and XP-lock them once they hit Level 70.
As long as you have to roll a new character again and they remove flight from BC it would be okay I guess.
Would be nothing even close to playing BC when it was current.
At 1 year retro content will catch up to current content.
