Legion was a love letter to the Alliance. There wasnt even Horde representation for the big bad.
BFA was just “The Alliance Revenge” questline. Horde wins in prepatch event, then it was all about the Alliance winning everything after.
SL had a very heavy Anduin story.
The story has definitely favored Alliance over Horde since Legion. Horde got what? Another leader going crazy/rogue and being expelled? When the story is Horde centric, that just means its another leader we are gonna bury.

Well i will give you this, Horde had Baine sitting in a corner for 2 years so yea that was completely messed up.

Lies, there’s still gnomes running around all over the place.
Killing off characters for shock value is just Blizz’s schtick, unfortunately they’re about as good at it as a bad anime. We’re supposed to feel something for Sendrax when they kill her off and laughably she even gets a memorial dialogue, but are we really supposed to feel anything for a character we barely knew for like maybe an hour if you really sped through the entire intro to Waking shores?
Good story telling takes time, and really fleshing out character personality and audience connection is part of that, any good intellectual property gives a character at least one chapter or arc to really get to know them.
