Anticipate Horde having probably normalish queue time the first week or two from hype when BGs first launch. Steadily week after week they will rise till it stabilizes around 30-45 minutes would be my guess.
Very unlikely. BFA total population, there are slightly more Alliance and the Horde queue times are still massive compared to Ally. That’s even though Mercenary mode exists to allow the overqueued faction to queue on the underqueued side to speed it up. Mercenary mode will not exist in classic.
Alliance players simply do not pvp as much as Horde. There aren’t enough of us to go around.
