Exactly. You’d just have arms/fury warriors, and PVE/PVP specs. People don’t like to tank, dual spec won’t change that FACT.

I can heal in my feral talent build just fine. HoTW is more than enough for any heroic/raid atm. You could run dreamstate or restokin just fine as well. Druid is probably the absolute worst example to use in support of dual spec just because of how efficient dps/heal or dps/tank builds are.

It’s an RPG, which means you work towards your goals. If your goal is to respec for farming then earn the gold. If the quest is difficult, group up with someone, ask your guild to help. This isn’t a solo player game like retail.
Respeccing several times a day was not intended when OG TBC was created. My guess is you don’t actually like playing an older RPG.

While I don’t think introducing dual spec hurts the game in any kind of way, it’s not going to lead to more healers and tanks. People just don’t want to do those things.

It’s not really. A lot of the things introduced to retail were things that “solved” problems people were complaining about. Classic and TBC introduced the same “problems”, so now people are asking for the same “solutions”.
OP probably came in and played from Wrath to about WoD. He loved that era of the game and he’s trying to rush back to it. Even if it means ruining the current game for the people who love TBC.

It will lead to more healers and tanks for me, because I do both of those things and hate having to respec all the time. I’d gladly jump into a group needing a healer…but can’t because I’m tank spec and would need to pay 50g to respec and then another 50g to respec back to tank later.

Like everyone else asking for this; you’ve yet to say how much you’re willing to spend on it or suggest an alternate gold sink. Seems more like you just want a handout and are trying to pass it off as good for the game. Personally I’m not against dual spec if they put a 10,000g fee on it to unlock. THIS would be a good way of doing it

Blizzard needs to implement more changes to help fix the changes that broke the game. It’s a vicious cycle.
