I just buy one on each toon before my first Delve of the week
2 weeks ago I got 2 in one delve… since then I have not seen any. I also haven’t gotten a map or had the underpin spawn without buying a wave scrambler.
Isn’t RNG fun?
Anyways, I did get one to drop this week (of course on a random alt) with Brann at max level - so it is possible, like it is possible Underpin will show up and drop a map, just stupid rare.
i am not 80 yet and i havent seen any drop in a while either across the 5 or so characters i am currently running through delves… brann is 74 atm
i have however gotten maps at the chest at the end or underpin spawns on almost all of them
After 80?? Ive never gotten a scrambler out of a curiosity lol
I’ve had at least 5 wavescramblers on one toon over the course of season 2 so far. My alts, of which I’ve just started running have not gotten any yet.
Brann is between 75 and not 80 yet.
I’ve gotten about 5 since Brann hit 80. Just tonight I got one from a Nemesis chest, the rest were from curiosities
These barely drop for me anymore, they barely did to begin with. My primary source lf wave scramblers are the vendor at 2000k UC each.
I’ve also started using them more sparingly as other sources of heroic gear coming with Horrific Visions (which I have never done, so hoping the mask 5 is not past my skill level).
What even is a wave scrambler?

Wave Scrambler is what you can use to spawn the Underpin in a Delve to get a Bounty Map.
I finally used a scrambler today on my neglected prot pally–and got the energy drink trinket in both champ and hero form. For slots that already had hero trinks 
At least it was a T11 and got some gilded. Looking forward to some other sources of that hero gear.

Honestly, not sure I have ever seen a single one drop. Didn’t even know it was a possibility until this thread.
I’ve been 80 for a while and definitely had had wave scramblers drop … not this week though so I can’t say if the patch borked something
You can just buy it at the vendor
I have had 6 Scramblers drop this week between getting my 8 done on two characters. They definitely still drop.

I don’t think I’ve seen more than two or so in a week this entire time but yeah they definitely still drop after maxing out Brann. I’ve had to buy one or two of them weekly for alts to make sure I was getting my maps.
It takes looting a lot of curiosities. lol
It’s kinda wild I ended up with so many. It was like 4 on my Hunter and 2 on my DK. They are in my Warbank right now for future use. Typically it’s like 1 a week per character for 8 runs. I do use the Loot Raid-r curio.
I was in the same boat (across 4 chars), but I got 2 in the last 2 weeks.
It’s random, but I guess the number of delves anybody runs is just not that high from a rolls-of-the-dice perspective, so you can have a really bad cold streak.
