Was the "Through the Looking Glass" FoS removed?

This is a re-post from my original thread I made in the Customer Service forum (Was the "Through the Looking Glass" FoS removed?). There, it was suggested that I post here, as well as submit a bug report (which I’ve done).

Can someone confirm that they did remove the FoS “Through the Looking Glass” sometime between the start of this last season and now?

I completed the 8-mask runs and did not get the title (though I did get the achievements and mount).

I’ve read on Wowhead that due to a bug, the 8-mask run title was made temporarily unavailable in 11.2, so many assumed it was seasonal, but then Blizzard fixed the bug and restored it. Now it’s apparently unavailable again.

I don’t seem to remember any announcement about it, plus the article on MMO-Champion made it seem like it was still available.

Please, let us forestall any commentary about how 8-mask vision runs are trivialized with gear now. I simply want to know if we’ve gotten confirmation that the FoS with “the Mad” title has been intentionally removed in the current 11.2.7 release.

I would appreciate any info that I may have missed from official sources on this. Thanks!

I am also curious about this. I want to get the title and have been trying to clear each 8-mask run (though it seems almost impossible solo on a rogue despite good gear). If it is no longer available, I should stop wasting my time trying.

Can confirm that [Through the Looking Glass] has not been removed. I just completed it a few minutes ago. This does not preclude the possibility that there still be a bug that prevents it from triggering every time.

Did you use the Construct to aid you?

If you did it’ll disqualify you from the FOS achievement with the title (but you’ll still get the mounts).

To get the title you cannot be partied at all. Using the construct puts you in a party.
