Has the Brawler title been removed from the game? I’ve read you needed rank 8 so I got that, then it mentioned you need a rare encounter so I did that. People say it was a known bug so I tried swapping specializations, talents, reloading or even closing and restarting the game. Has this been removed or is this just a bug? Rather know than beat my head against the wall. Thanks in advance
