I was just looking through my PvP talents, and came across this simple one which looks quite frankly… amazing…
Battlefield Commander: Essentially all of your shouts get a small boost to their effectiveness…
- Battle Shout +3% Stamina bonus
- Piercing Howl +50% radius, for a resultant 18 yards
- Berserker Shout +8 yards, for a resultant 20 yards Fear removal
- Intimidating Shout -15 seconds cooldown, for a resultant 75 second cooldown
- Rallying Cry Removes movement impairing effects AND gives +30% movement speed to Allies
- Thunderous Roar Targets affected take 5% more damage from all sources whilst bleeding
This is simply amazing! The only drawback is that it’s a PvP talent, where it should be a baseline capstone talent in the basic Warrior Tree… Perhaps move Champion’s Spear to the PvP talents, and move it there, with some kind of 2/2 unlock talent just before it?

From a PvE perspective this is a little too good to have utility wise and would just be a compulsory pick and just cause unwarranted drama in PvE environments.
The extra 3% stamina on bshout would step on priest’s buff a little too much.
Rallying Cry being a raid wide freedom would be broken beyond belief.
Thunderous Roar being a damage amp for everyone would make it so darn annoying to use, this would get all the entitled little halfwits out of the woodwork to try and dictate when you use your own personal cooldown that effects their damage (Ever played necro during SL? if you know, you know). Have people who want their burst augmented every 60s? GG to your overall casts of it during a fight because you were told to save it for X portion to boost some cry baby.

Excuse me ma’am, but we don’t talk about that here. In fact, we try to forget about the evil boomkin overlords that have since fallen from grace.
Oh man I’m so glad shattering throw isn’t this anymore. It wasn’t a big deal on pull, but mid pull for a burst was just uggggggggggghhhhhhhhhh.
Well, more a Posthaste, at least. Just a removal, rather than a persisting immunity. On a 3-minute CD, that… doesn’t actually sound particularly broken, actually, especially since that’s not likely to align with precisely when you need the bonus max HP. Granted, with that bonus being a mere 10% now even outside raids, it would probably become the dominant use. …Which I’m also pretty fine with.
Or, I would be, if not for the potential use to mass-purge a snare-DoT / root-DoT. Hmm.
Perhaps just a 4s 40% movement speed buff during which allies cannot be slowed by snares (as opposed to purging roots and snares)?
