It looks like I have stepped on your toesies.
I remember doing an rfk run with a 1h/shield war making the mage poly every pull, the rogue was having to sap and break stealth as the warrior charged in to pull aggro. The war screaming constantly if cc broke early. Meanwhile, I drank maybe three times the entire instance and wanded 95% of the time.
The mage suggested aoe pulling to speed things up and the tank would just go nuts on him. The war had to have it his way and marking targets before every pull and completely overkilled the process. That’s the tunnel vision mindset that needs to go and those players need to get their panties out of a wod.
I’m sorry it upsets you that I think being in those groups is boring. As a healer, I like to heal things. There’s nothing to heal when it’s overkilled like that.
Next group I joined for rfk was a “zoomer group” with 2 mages and 2 warriors. Both warriors tanked with 2handers, and the mages aoe’d their hearts out. We did the whole instance in about 45 minutes. The first group took well over 2 hours.
The second group was fun. The first group was boring.
