2400 is an achievement for an overwhelming majority of the players in this game (myself included).
But by the same token I think 1800 is free every season and I have people on btag perpetually stuck at 1500 so lol

Well curently the avg rating of the top 50 fury warrior is higher then frost mage in both solo shuffle and 3vs3 so, yes.

I’ll go further just for you. “Free up to 2400ish” - Melee is significantly easier to learn/smoother learning curve, or if you prefer, its more “zug zug”. I don’t literally mean it is “free” there is no such thing, “up to 2400” is in reference to the learning curve where historically people have claimed climbing becomes significantly harder/the benchmark that people used for a long time before ratings every season started to fluctuate, e.g 2400 season 1 DF vs 2400 season 2 DF.

Melee dont have it easy, unless balance is out of whack. And if melee is meta than theyll have melee mirrors most of the time, which end up with no one having an advantage.

Well, Frost mage are probably stronger then warrior ATM but they are lower in both SS and 3vs3 then warriors. BM hunter is now sitting on top so.
Well, for the past 10 years they are always classed in the easiest tier by any streamer but you could also go roll a mage,lock or Bdruid and see it for yourself.
