I’m not going to complain, but I will say being used by the alliance like an object for their sick and perverse pleasure is not enjoyable. I’m not sure what provoked the raids, but I’ve had enough. It doesn’t matter what time of day I try to do world quests at this point, before the gym at 5 AM, before work at 7 AM, after raid at 11 PM, during dinner at 6 PM. There’s consistently a raid razzing my face and I think it’s come to a close.

Small group, even 5v1 is acceptable, but a 40 man raid destroying me repeatedly has me at my limit. The time I waste rezzing could easily be used doing islands to make up a 10% difference of AP gains. So off it goes. Welfare epics aside, I encourage everyone to do the same, if you find it saves time.

I’m not sure where I gave the impression I was crying about it. At most frustrated, but any sort of logical thinking would lead to the realization that it simply is more viable to leave warmode off and run a couple of more Islands if the bonus for something like AP is desired.

I totally agree, the only way they going to fix free armor/perks is have the horde shut it down.

Agreed, I don’t mind getting jumped 3v1 randomly in the world… But when there’s clowns raiding around for free 400 gear …:sleeping:

This type of “wpvp” is much different… Jumping 1 alliance out of boredom vs alliance camping and being overly aggressive is completely different

Edit. Imo the problem is the incentivized pvp is what’s making alliance so aggressive…

Leet summed it up well here. Sure, Horde Raids happened, but not at all times of the day. It’s brought me to the point of considering that blizzard may be running bots, because surely theres no way 40+ people camp a turtle WQ for hours on end-- such as 7 AM EST. But I guess maybe it really is a thing.

More power to them, but no sir, count me out. To any one who wants to keep war mode on, enjoy.
