Agree that Cata changed the game into something quite different. I begged for a Wrath era server but to no avail

I’m not playing the game until the bring back flight restrictions.
Not playing this “rush to end game” simulator.
What? You can fly in TWW right from the start.
You know, you always have the option of ground mounts if that’s your preference.

I think that SL is the end of the line for Classic because of the vault.
Classic should have stopped at Wrath. Anything past that and it’s just retail.
TWW Pathfinder is the easiest one we’ve ever had.
I would do a WoD classic for the challenge dungeon appearances.

I thought WoD was fun (dungeons, raids, etc)…just the amount of content drought was bad… but I was younger and also into a ton of alts so that kind of kept me busy… If it were to drop today, I’d for sure stop playing for a while.
Yea, you know they say that the BEST complaint a game can have is that “it’s too short.”
So really people wanting more content in WoD wasn’t such a horrible thing. It means that they liked the content that was available.
Meanwhile in DF people were saying “man I’m so glad there’s nothing to do.” Which was weird.

Yes, I feel that Cata, although having some excellent points and stories (loved the expansion areas) did fundamentally change the game. I was hoping for Wrath Era servers. Could still happen, you never know.
