I am not sure what is up with demon hunter. My demon hunter has a cool down on that spell where you jump all over and attack ( don’t remember its name at the moment), but the Dh that dueled me spammed it a few times.
That is where your problem is.
How they spamming cd spell? Something wrong with their talent tree maybe.

People who say only Death Knights can use necromancy and it “doesn’t make sense for a clothy to use it” ---- clearly never opened a book or played another game in their life and know nothing about WoW lore. 
Like uh, do you see Kel’Thuzad swinging a sword around? Darkmaster Gandling? Literally most if not all classified ‘Necromancers’ or Liches?
I mean Bloody-Fel 
Gul’dan was the first one to introduce the Undead into Azeroth via the first generation of Death Knights, alongside the Legion who employed the undead into their service (Until they proved too erratic & free-willed for them to control thus needing a Lich King) – So having warlocks get undead customisations for pets would be grand!
