They are stacking haste and it’s ridiculous … at the very very least they shd nerf the haste corruption in PvP… jsut came of a WSG where a Destro was shooting CB faster than my Lava Bolts.

If they didn’t let corruption work in pvp in the first place (like people asked even in beta testing) we’d never be in this mess.

All of Blizzards resources are tied up in Shadowlands. I doubt you will see any changes before then.
Mw got a small nerf. I wouldn’t mind even a tiny nerf… To anything lol…
It just annoys me that both destro and fire have cc on different drs and have multiple very important things to kick on multiple schools of magic. Super titling to play against and honestly lowers the skill cap a lot.
Destro is a droolcup helmet spec that rewards you for using your defensives offensively, posting up in the very center of the map spamming fear until you get kicked and then spamming chaos bolt. Melee are forced to be on you all game or you instantly delete them. When someone has a go with cc on your healer you just press infernal and they have to run away on THEIR kill attempt

I think aiming towards a Focused chaos nerf would be the best adjustment as it’s a pvp talent and wouldn’t effect the overall tuning going into shadowlands. Maybe something like “chaos bolt is no longer effected by havoc and backdraft”, causing focused chaos to make chaos bolt have longer casts but still retain its same damage.
This has been a thing. All they need to do is nerf (maybe make it 25% damage instead of 65%) or remove focused chaos and nerf haste corruptions, like they’ve nerfed all other corruptions. Maybe require conflag to utilize immolate for the root or turn it into a slow.
This is incorrect. Fixing the broken specs like Destro and Fire mage bring them in line with the rest of the Dps specs. Your logic makes no sense.

After my 3rd BG having back to back 5+ destro locks ya they need to be nerfed.
Just interrupt them? Well sure let me get into melee range, oh wait instant root into a fear into 5 chaos bolts into my face.

Destro is OP but it hasn’t been fun since WoD.
I enjoyed warlock when Demonology had the Apostheosis ability. When they got rid of that, they got rid of the fun.
But I definitely agree, warlocks are out of control.
Devs aren’t going to do anything until Shadowlands, they’re done with this expansion…
And even when Shadowlands hits they won’t do anything because destro will be passively nerfed by the loss of azerite, essences, and corruptions
Either reroll destro or enjoy the chaos bolts killing you. No inbetween
