Unfortunately Lock is the red headed middle child of this game.
Mage is the hot sister that’s also doing well and get praised.
And priest is the youngest child who usually has a spec somewhere doing well. (Shadow priest S+ last season, Disc being one of the best current healers).
I looked into your profile and you’re truly a gamer.
Taking that into consideration, I’ll endorse your arguments.
Be grateful … /cry
Thank you. I have dedicated 13 years to WoW and have played every expansion since late Cata as a Destruction Warlock. I’ve tested Affliction and Demonology, as well as other classes, but only to understand them. The only spec I’ve really played all this time has been Destruction. I really like it—or at least, I used to.
Yes, the changes are garbage both for a balance and gameplay point of view.
What they should have done with ritual is:
CDR is not based on shard spent, it’s based on which ability you cast, cb would be 2 sec CDR, shadow burn 1 sec, rain of fire something like 0.4 sec per tick per target up to 6.
Then reduce the cast time of cb.
Then re introduce the interaction between channel demon fire and decimation.
Then unnerf avatar and infernal, at least partially. Avatar is really cool but it doesn’t contribute to my soul shard generation almost at all.
