Warlocks are fundamentally not kitted for modern wow

Well that explains the constant attempt of that dev to trying to make mages shield back into a pseudo triune from SL.

What happened to the wither mastery bug , the one where wither wasnt benefitting from mastery? It was mentioned in an early ptr version of 11.0.5 but haven’t seen it since. Was it hotfixed to live servers prior to the new patch or did it silently go live today?

No idea, it’s working properly now for sure though.

Why wow devs don’t read Magniwl posts and take notes is beyond me and something I’ll never understand.

You are so right, but im so out of energy i cant even complain anymore. Your spot on though

Current demo is pretty rough feels like its tuned around older mechanics. Just random thoughts on ways to increase mobility and just make it a little more interesting. I use to love the wild imp mechanic but as time went on, you really start to see its flaws and bugs that persist through the expansions. The imps prevent meaningful changes because of how much they contribute to the demo damage profile.

Demonic Gateway is now baseline.
-Instant Cast
-Instant Teleports warlock
-Reusable every 20 seconds for the warlock and 90 seconds for everyone else.
-30 Second CD

Vilefiend/Hound
-Instant Cast
- 25 second cooldown

Tyrant
-Instant Cast

Wild Imps
-Remove (Causes way too many issues with random targeting and and locking the warlock in combat) move the mechanic or a mechanic involving a second demon. Let me see my other demons. Replace a demonology talent like imp gang boss with the ability to remove the second demon and upgrade your felguard into a fel lord, for upgraded version of current pet, sister of chaos for ranged DPS and some different mechanics and then Pitlord for a pet that lets you drink his blood to empower your spells. Occasionally attacks if you gain his favor in combat.

Absolutely not!
Have you any idea how long Demo Warlocks waited for this be a thing?

I think he is suggesting that provided we get Call Felhunter, (PVP ability) as baseline.

I’m not saying get rid of our interrupt from the warlock. Just give us a more baseline one like the call felhunter talent we used to have as a pvp talent. Attaching it to a stun makes it a bit redundant and doesn’t allow for us to pull in those ranged casters with our interrupt. That and having it on the stun gives it a much longer CD

I’m pretty sure that having another interrupt other than Axe-toss, (along with Fear, Shadowfury, Mortal Coil) and the G:FG charge attack wouldn’t really fly.
Probably the best bet would be to angle for an interrupt, and threat boost, to be added to the VW’s Shadow Bulwark.
