I, on the other hand, feel about the same way when we get armour dipped in skulls- that feels ‘hot topic’ to me, but some people love it. And I think that armour is going to look amazing with the Void elf wings.

I don’t think veils on the face go right with guys. Just something off about it to me. I get we are bending the gendered roles in 2024 for DEI stuff but didn’t they change Alextrasa and Jainas outfits for showing to much, and now give this for females and male players…
And this in no way shouts from the hills “hypocritical” to anyone?

Jaina’s current outfit emphasizes her cleavage and Alex’s emphasizes her cleavage and thighs.
Sexy and revealing equally for both is the opposite of hypocritical.

Both Jaina and Alex used to show much more skin… but I don’t see why it matters either way.
Jaina would show her stomach and “cleavage”, now she’s covered head to toe.
Alex dressed like a mage, then went to almost wearing nothing at all, and now is mostly covered up besides her legs.
Now, what were the devs reasons for these changes? I assume one of their kids saw the models and got upset.
It’s weird that Jaina’s new Kul Tiras themed outfit covers her midriff, because…
Isn’t Kul Tiras supposed to be a navel power?

Wha? Alex’s current look is incredibly unsexy. What empasis? And more importantly emphasizing what? She’s lost a lot of the curves her old model had to even emphasize.
Depends on what the argument is. Is it just about equality? Then you’re right. But if it’s just an argument against objectification…

Okay I really like the Warlock set except the colours.
Why are there colours themed around the Shadowlands Covenants? I can’t unsee it and I don’t like it.

I think thats where some of the mists mogs really are nice…they seem to have really went nuts with the little details.
I thought BFA would be similar but they ended up looking like cheap brand name knockoffs made in someones garage, lol

Their old ones were as revealing as this lock set is. By removing the old saying it was too sexualizing yet now making this isn’t hypocritical to you…
Yes. My point was they say they don’t want objectification so they changed the two but now put out a lock set that kind of is that so it’s imo a bit hypocritical of the past change.
They are fine with you being able to choose but an NPC with no thoughts or feelings we can’t have that be objectified. Idk I just find it really weird picking and choosing.
No because a) the players actually have choice and control over what they wear and b) its sexy on both, not just women.
Also i pretty sure they didnt say they changed the old outfits cause they were “too sexualizing”, they changed the old outfits cause they were old.
Weve had sexy outfits throughout DF, ignoring them?

Yeah no I don’t think it looks “sexy” on a guy as is there’s far better ways they could have. They went the lazy route and it doesn’t look right on a male body as is.
Certainly not sexy. It looks goofy and like a coding mistake, it doesn’t fit male body types broad body. It looks purely right on a female figure.
I love a guy with showing some chest but this isn’t the way to do it that I like but that’s just me.
Different strokes for different folks. I don’t see sexy on the male I just laugh. Maybe the shoulders can save the disaster.
It looks incomplete and I’d take all other lock tier over this tbh.
Someone pointed out the back of the head piece is transparent and now i can’t unsee it, that was my favorite piece too until i saw that, hate seeing that short hair
This might be a bit of a necro, but… The rest of the set and animations were leaked/showcased and… they’re bonkers.
This might be the best tier set, and easily one of the better Warlock sets. I love this set and the devs absolutely killed it.
This set even looks good on Forsaken which is pretty impressive. I’m just so happy with this one. I’ve been wanting more unique Warlock sets and this one does it for me.
