Ruination still has a damage tax in PvP

Can’t even play diab for its utility because I’m just trolling if I actually try to play it

I can chuck 1.5-2m demon bolts back to back but GOD FORBID I land a targeted skill shot that does 1mil damage every 30 seconds IF it actually hits

Looks like we will have to move to daily bumps.

This remains an issue. Ruination does less damage than Chaos Bolt, which it replaces.
