Warlock only combat bug

So yea i am not sure if me and a friend are the only ones, but for the past um idk 18 years of playing warlock there has been this bug that keeps us in combat FOREVER whether we have a pet or not. (We do not have combat engaged with any mobs or enemies)

Its like ive been literally waiting half of my life for Blizz to fix this problem. I cant count how many times ive been stuck in combat in WPvP, dungeons, or any other activity and being the slowest class in the game doesnt help.

From what ive learned this happens to ALL locks but i could be wrong. Can anyone confirm if this has been a serious issue for your warlocks

Its the most annoying thing especially when im doing WPvP and i 1v3 a group and im trying to escape before then fly back and rez since i got no cds left, but im never successful

So if we can all agree this happens, Im not sure i understand why this issue has persisted through several xpacs, but i think its really time this gets addressed!!

I think ive got that too.
The only workaround is race change to night elves i guess

That doesn’t work either D:

The pets stay in combat while you stealth. Only way out is to dismiss and resummon.

Every time this happens to me on my lock I just go kill a few nearby mobs and it puts me out of combat. This only happens for me in non mythic dungeons and in the open world though.

My druid gets it too.
