For raiding, I’m able to raid between 8pm-10pm EST on weekdays and 8pm-12pm EST on weekends.

my guild might be a good home for you. We typically hang out in discord in voice chat, and recently completed our guild neighborhood endeavor. will post a quick little info about the guild but would love to have you.
Snackrifice was formed towards the end of Dragonflight with a husband and wife team followed by some friends we had encountered during our journey through WoW. The guild focuses on wanting to build friendships together that will last outside of wow, but as well as tackle any raid and M+ content that is thrown at us.
Our goals for each season is getting AoTC for each raid, as well as pushing as far as we can in mythic raiding (but mythic raiding is not a top priority for us). Also pushing for keystone master/hero/legend as a guild as most of us got 3k or higher.
Our raid days are Thursday and Fridays from 8pm to 10:30pm EST. And we do m+ throughout the week when we get enough players.
We are actively seeking like-minded people who want to hang out drink/smoke during raid nights, want to grow as a community and potentially have lasting friendships. Currently accepting all roles and experience to help fill our raid slots so we can continue pushing higher end content as a guild.

If you are still on the hunt, I’d highly recommend checking out the guild I’m in (called Enkindled). A short tl;dr is that we’re a knit of friends that have expanded over the years - while we are primarily PvE, we have players that dabble in everything (delves, even RP), and quite a few housing fanatics. I would say we’re very strongly community-based while not having an obscene amount of members; we also don’t just play WoW together. A lot of us play other games together.
We are not hardcore by any means (more casual/semi-hardcore) and only raid twice a week if that’s of interest to you, but obviously not a requirement. You don’t need to be experienced at all, we’re here to have fun and make friends, to be honest.
We get AOTC each season, have fun key shenanigans, and hangout. Our raid times are Wed/Thurs @ 7PM-10PM Central time.

Disenchanted Knights is the Horde version of our Alliance guild, Enchanted on Dawnbringer. Enchanted was started by two friends in the first week of BC. Originally it was just a bank for our stuff as we had fun playing and meeting new people on our new Alliance characters. As our circle of friends grew, so did Enchanted. Eventually it became a unique combination of a social and raid guild. Over the years, real life took the attention of our members and the people online shrunk. In an effort, to find new friends we moved to Thrall and went back to our original lineage of Horde. A great Enchanted family followed us over and here we are today. I’m with Modern Myth—we’re a newer guild, but the group behind it isn’t new to organized raiding. Most of us have a lot of CE/Mythic experience, and we’re putting together an AOTC+ team that’s steady, prepared, and fun to raid with.
The vibe we’re going for is pretty simple: lock in during pulls, keep it mature and drama-free the rest of the time. A lot of us are mid-30s, pretty down to earth, and we’re on a ton—Mythic+ keys most days and an active Discord.
Our AOTC+ raid nights are Tuesday & Friday, 9:00–11:00 PM EST.

We could be a fit for you, but we do raid later than your stated raid time (2 hour a night raiding is a bit less usual).
We raid 8:30-11:30EST.
Anyway, since you are still looking, if you have any flexibility this is our spiel:

Malfunctional is an AOTC/Easier-mythics focused team which emphasizes community and enjoyment while getting bosses down. We raid 2 nights a week, the expectation is that you’re able to have fun but when it’s time to focus up you can play your class at a solid level. We generally get AOTC well before the end of a tier, so once we farm the heck out of it and easier mythic bosses, we also take a bit of a break before the next tier to come back refreshed, which is how we’ve raided as a team for the last ~15 years.
