Hey hey hey! Just letting everyone know that this spell is not working as it did in Vanilla. This was mentioned a while ago but it still has not been fixed. For those of you that do not know, the Warlock spell Inferno calls in a meteor from the sky to summon an enslaved inferno. Once the enslavement ends, the inferno becomes hostile and is supposed to attack anything nearby. The only thing that happens however is the inferno only attacks the warlock, and once aggro is removed from the warlock it simply just stands there and vanishes. This seems like a bug and this is not how it worked during vanilla. Please fix this as I really want to wreak havoc upon Azeroth with this spell

I had a warlock die near me in Andorhal that had their infernal out and I drew agro on it. Maybe it jut happens under some circumstances?
Yes, this is one of those spells that adds flavor to the game. Yeah, it sucks if you’re a level 6 trying to make your way through Brill and are savagely slapped by a level 60 infernal, but hey, that is life in Azeroth. Sometimes you just gotta get slapped by a 60 Infernal and corpse run back.

We’ve all been slapped by one high level mob or another.
My experience was with the welcome bear in the plaguelands.
Edit: can we call a group of infernals a slapfest? That would be great.

Sadly in this version of the game you also can’t summon people off of cliffs, nor can you get living bomb pets to go blow up the auction house…
Blizz nerfed all the best parts of playing lock in vanilla sadly.

Personally I would love to summon players off of cliffs. There is nothing wrong with killing your own friends once in a while.
I find it really odd that Blizzard nerfed summoning people off cliffs, when in retail there is a mage portal to high in the air over Dalaran Crater (and if you click it, you fall to your death).

Is it really so hard for someone to take 5 minutes out of their 8 hour workday to communicate with us on this?
you can still summon people to the bottom of the pool below the world tree in hyjal, at least
