I’ve seen the same thing today on my lock and DK. I can use one, and then the mouseover text says it will go on cooldown once I leave combat, but even when I’m out of combat it isn’t usable again until logging out.

Nope still happening as of today but there are restarts again tomorrow morning, so let’s hope!

they have been shutting down for maintenance for patches every day ever since the patch went live
they REALLY should have just delayed the prepatch, and this makes me VERY worried for the expansion launch

I finally level my lock… and healthstones are buggy af. Indeed, still an on-going issue, and only dying or logging seems to fix it/get the timer going. I also had an issue with not being able to click them on my action bars, but I was in a dungeon and wasn’t able to test with no add-ons on.
