I don’t think the decision to have the glaives DH mog-exclusive is even relevant to the lore. It’s just to keep DH weapons consistent. Whether you were grinding for them in TBC years ago or you’re putting time aside to grind for them now, I believe they’re worth mogging for any character who can acquire them from the drop.
