if the forums required you to have 10 million posts before you ever posted, how would you ever post in the first place? 
They’re designed so that people don’t end up trapped in a 5/7 lockout.
I know some people struggle with this because they think they are the main character of real life and can’t grapple with the fact that the world doesn’t revolve around them… but yeah, other people care about themselves and don’t care if you (the person pretending they are the main character) are excluded if it means they have a better, more enjoyable, and more rewarding time.
I will play devils advocate here and say that the thresholds are not “factual” since it is all subjective opinion. Especially as a parent now I can respect people having very narrow windows of time.
If I only scheduled 45 minutes for an activity, then you can bet I will need to do what I can to make sure we succeed in that time. However if I have 1.5 hours to complete it then I will obviously have different standards.
If I only get that 1.5 hours. that time goes down if I speed clear, it’s less time with the boyz!
Plus I am old now and it’s not like I can spend the remaining time cranking one out. I can understand these young bucks wanting to get it done quickly: they got jerkin the gherkin to do.

You are not entitled to anyone else’s group. Its that simple. So if you dislike the requirements make your own group or find a different one, like why waste time crying about some crazy requirement?
As per usual make the group yourself, take who you want with your own reqirements. No one is stopping you and you’ll have a lot of people jump into your group since you aren’t asking for gear or consumes or experience.
Just don’t cry if your group doesn’t make it past Kelris.

Look y’all, I know it’s not rocket surgery but I’m not the sharpest bulb in the shed. There are people like my out here that simply just look for something that kinda works and rolls with it. I mean, I don’t. I tried the healing route for a little bit but I get super bad anxiety, despite watching hella YouTube videos and reading guides. I’ll probably never see anyone in the group again but I still don’t want to be that guy So I went back to tanking. Haven’t really done it in a while because I had to have my ninth brain surgery and am now dealing with three tumors as opposed to just one, so the anxiety is even more real. I’m just here to have fun and kinda fart around with mage healing because it’s still all sorta new (right? I’ve been out for a while) so if I do step out of my comfort zone I can use that as a crutch lol

Raids can be successful and completed in a timely manner without these harsh pre reqs these people put in their ads.
You start your own group and get bullied or out right griefed mid run because these loggers don’t like the pace. Even if it can be done.
The game is good, the people is what makes it a terrible experience. Hence why bots are the biggest example why people(who created/run bots) ruin the experience for everyone. Meanwhile the silent killers are the GDKP leaders/discords and LFG gate keepers.
I’m so sick of hearing the phrase “gate keepers”.
The only gate keepers are the players not being invited.
You can form your own group, you are allowed to zone into BFD literally NO ONE can stop you but you.
I can’t tell you not to do bfd, the door to BFD isn’t opened exclusively for those other groups and not you.

Its main character syndrome. They are themselves and they don’t understand why they are not being allowed to do something, without consideration of the fact that the other people in “their world” are people too with their own preferences (like not getting stuck at 5/7).
Honestly I largely chalk it up to immature people too young or too mentally young to have developed empathy yet.
Sorry, they were 2nd on DPS this last week and I posted 6 days to your 2 days ago. Warriors are top on a few fights. Overall, rogues and hunters are top 2 with warrior a close third.
