Imagine you are that type of player, and you get to develop games. Would you view that as toxic behavior or would you kek and keep on going?
That’s pretty much what happens.
Amid all the scandals that have come out a clear pattern has been seen. Most of the people in power that were part of the toxic work environment… guess what, are part of the toxic gaming environment too.
They won’t ever flat out say it, because profits matter. But it seems to be the case for some. Obviously not every employee is like that. And not every top management either. But you know, enough to steer away from it is all it takes.
