The game is fine everywhere but hub cities. Even empty ones from previous expansions run terribly while everywhere else in the game gives me consistent fps and neither my CPU or GPU ever come close to maxing out. Standing in Dornogal right now, my CPU is at 19% and my GPU is at 1% while my fps hangs in the mid 40s.
I don’t even have everything up, this game is just jank and calling it spaghetti at this point is a hate crime against Italians.
