I’m thinking July . I think 9.2 may be closer to November with after the first of the year 2022 being the latest .
November 9th? Is this an indication of the raid window? Perhaps final wing of LFR?
To me each book is just wasted game potential.

It means “if they sell books at a location, you should be able to get this book through them.” It’s a common enough statement. “Wherever [blank] is/are sold” is a fancier “coming to stores near you!”
In this case they mean any store that sells books, particularly if it’s a specialty store that only sells books. Like “Barnes and Noble,” “Powell’s Books,” “Bookmans,” or “Tattered Covers.” All of which are still open and running in 2021 (Barnes and Noble seems to be doing well enough with 600+ locations, too).
My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.
Books, to me, are like music to everyone else. I could go for weeks without listening to music, and I imagine a lot of people would go mental if they had to skip a day. I read an average of 15 new books a year, however, and can’t imagine not having something waiting for me to read.
I try to be an understanding person but… but this… this pains me. 
Edit: Wait, unless you meant each game-book is wasted potential for in-game lore and activities. That I’d agree with. My brain interpreted your sentence as “books are a waste of time” in general.
I hope this book won’t be 300 pages about how genocide is actually a good thing.

yes. this. I am sick of having all what could be events and story be an extra thing I have to purchase and the game itself be barren.

WoW screams for content tho. and they keep doing this… I refuse to support it.
I do not. I mean, I’d have to find her attractive in the 1st place to come to that conclusion. I’m also not one of those people who likes/dislikes a character based on looks alone. Their attractiveness has nothing to do with whether I like her, and if other people think Sylvannas Uber Fans only like her because they think she’s attractive… well those people are indeed weird.
I dislike Sylvannas because of the terrible actions and writing direction she’s been given over the last several years. I used to think she was an interesting character and wanted to see how her story played out. Well seeing how it played out has made me not like her.

Oh, alright, then. That’s totally fine, and I agree. I wish they’d move this stuff into the game. The game needs to feel like a world, and it can’t do that when half the “world” isn’t present.

I’d like to see a WoW version of D3s Book of Cain
I’m actually quite cheered that it’s Golden. She at least captures the cheese necessary for video game book titles.
If it had been that awful ‘Shadows Rising’ author I’d be giving it a hard pass. That one was not a competent writer.
If they don’t release the raid before November 9th, there’s going to be more issues than just people not liking the author of the book.
Ah yes, the book no one asked for.
Seriously. We’re more likely to be reading 9.2 datamining or getting an 10.0 expansion announcement at Blizzcon around the time this book releases. We’ll know Sylvanas’s 9.1 fate half a year before this books comes out.
We’re like a month give or take from this raid being released, this train has already left the station.
