I still don’t understand why after 20+ years something as simple as a character boost after buying the latest expansion doesn’t work. I’ve tried the “solution”, and none of my characters have the option to boost available. All that happened was some crap gear upgrade thing. Seriously you need to lean how to write software, if something as basic as a promised function still fails to work after months of taking people’s money.

Boosts haven’t been available for all of those 20 years.
You haven’t mentioned what troubleshooting you’ve tried.
does this mean that the boost token is visible and you are unable to use it, or is the boost token not visible?
based on payment type, the money may have been removed from your account, and not yet cleared.
The first thing to do, would be to verify that you applied it to the right account.
try sticking to your issue, and provide as much RELEVANT info as possible.
What exactly is the issue? I see my token on the character screen.
