Same. I’ve got multiple characters that have been held hostage for nearly a year now
I like WoW PvP a lot but it gets really choppy and bad if there’s more than, like, 30 people fighting, which kind of sucks. Might be my machine showing its age, but Ive heard of people with amazing rigs still having trouble in wPvP and Southshore v Tarren Mill. I’ve heard some say it’s because of Azerite traits and things like that, there’s basically so many fluctuating calculations going on in the background that stuff gets really bogged down - I dunno how true that is but it made sense to my layman’s brain.
Maybe someday Camelot Unchained will come out. Ha. Hahaha. Ha.

This just seems depressing now, you can’t win so you revert to petty quips about what is a hardcore pvp enviroment. I mean when you get slaughtered in a game that has WPvP for a reason and then just sit there and claim how its not an acceptable standard for your liking are you just admitting that you hate being beaten and can’t defend yourself?

From what I understand, if community speculation is correct, this comes from the perfect storm of removing snapshotting, adding PvP templates, and BfA giving everyone gigantic amounts of procs, effects, traits, auras, etc that it has to calculate constantly because of the aforementioned lack of snapshotting, which puts a way higher strain on the server compared to past expansions.
I don’t know if that’s actually the problem, though. It almost certainly isn’t, but that’s what we have to go on.

This is a game where since the days of Vanilla some of the best stories have been about WPvP and crashing a server. It has been a constant battle for years when players come together to fight and tell the stories that youtubers put in ‘Best of’ videos, if you can’t build a solid argument in a forum without creating fallacious arguments of how you don’t like it then clearly your pvp skills are as bad as your writing skills.
