being that im not really into the horde or alliance neighborhoods, would it be better to wait it out till there is a neighborhood that i like? or just find a plot in the horde neighborhood and see what i can build?
I mean, Follow Your Heart. But keep in mind we are going to be getting a LOT of assets as decor. You can decorate your plot to look more like you want it.
It’s early days. We’ll probably have the current neighborhoods for a long time, maybe the entire Midnight expansion. I would say just build your house, have fun in it and if you don’t like the outside, don’t go outside. Someday, if/when they make more neighorhoods(I hope) with different aesthetics, you’ll be able to move your current home there.
Personally I don’t dislike the Alliance one, but part of me would rather live in Pandaria. I also don’t care for the horde one much, so someday I hope to move my horde home to another location, but for now I’ll make both houses and do as much as I can knowing I’ll make many changes over the years.
Not really… I’m no Horde or Alliance fan. If I had my way, Night Elves would be their own faction but here we are in a 2 faction game.
That being said I will support this new feature and try to build the most nightelfy house as I possibly can.
If this feature is successful, Blizz would eventually expand it to other zones with other themes and ai hope we get Kaldorei proper zones along with Foraken zones as well.

You can pack up your house with all the decor intact, and move the whole thing! So build what you want, then move it when you find something you like better. I don’t think that feature is in the PTR or Alpha yet.
