A place to store all the stuff you have and have them on display is a good idea . I loved garrisons but i guess each to their wown

I would. I don’t do dungeons, raids, I don’t PVP… Housing would give me something fun extra to do, if it was done right.

I don’t do any of those things either but that last part is key and I don’t think this game engine is capable of doing it right. I also wouldn’t bother with it - I don’t like putting time into things and then have to be married to the game to keep it.

It’ll work because blizzard is finally free of the yoke of activision. Blizzard is freeee!! Grom voice. Microsoft has much more capital to inject into blizzard to help them get this game back on track. I suspect someone at MS loves wow and is a higher up and just couldn’t sit around watching this game kill itself. Microsoft is good the to companies it buys. It lets them do their thing unless they start hemorrhaging because of bad decisions. Housing or whatever blah.

Overall this could be a good thing. Like how Disney bought Marvel. Maybe soon they’ll get better focus, more man power for games that need it (Overwatch), better funding, and not bank over everything needing to make a billion dollars.
Sadly were still be stuck with Bobby as CEO till 2023. And once to its all complete Bob will get to run on in to the sunset never to learn a thing at all. Another win for capitalisms I guess.
Could be a lot worst. EA could have bought Blizzard.

It will never be done right. It’ll be instanced (strike 1 already), and just be about slotting parts of your room like Garrisons were.
But hey, maybe Microsoft could provide the extra manpower needed to expand WoW and it’s features finally so housing will be a thing.
You expect them to have you just plop a house in the middle of the world? It isn’t exactly a huge enough world for that. Also what is to stop trolls from building in a newbie zone just to disrupt things?
