iāve had 2 VW bug āstoriesā/occurrences in my life. First, my uncle has a 1960ās era bug in suffolk, VA, that i remember riding around in during the summer of 2002; and then a 2004 year mint green VW bug a girlfriend and I drove cross-country - legit cross-country - in summer of 2006.
From L.A., Dallas, NYC, to Winnipeg, to Idaho Falls, to Lake Tahoe. I remember damaging it on an off-ramp near Jackson, MS, where we were gunna stay for the night. I legit forgot how it happened, but some road-debris I didnāt maneuver for? Had to delay a day in Jackson to get it repaired. Same trip that, when I was somewhere in the midwest - Arkansas? - at a dinner the waitress address my girlfriend and I as āwould you ladies care forā¦ā because I wore my hair long then, too.
We didnāt plan much of it, other than some roads. Was a blast, and I thought winnipeg was pretty!

Bobās Red Mill Steel Cut Oats and Oatmeal. Great start to the morning with walnuts and brown sugar. Plus every other week or so, a cup of coffee.
