That’s about how my wife makes it. It’s too damn hot for chili just right now, but along about late September it’ll be chili weather again.

ketchup is good basic sauce, but you can also spice it up with some peppers.
i sometimes put salami slices on it, wrap it in a tortia shell, toast said shell, and use some spicy sauce for dippin.
also also tastes good if you mix it up with the eggs.
oh i thought you mean for like eggs…

This is what I put in chilli
500g beef mince
2 x400g kidney beans
2 tins diced tomatoes
Ground hot chilli paste
1 large onion chopped
Lots of garlic
Some paprika, smoked or regular
Some tomato paste
A tablespoon of sugar
Some chicken stock

You know you like it hot when your godmother makes special chili for you because she already knows the chili, she has will never be hot enough. I prefer melt your face hot.
Football season is coming up. Wings, salsa and anything that is supposed to be hot, better be. I do bring my own hot stuff just to make sure.
If you don’t need these the next day, it’s not hot enough
