i like slightly undercooked bacon. dont care how bad it is for me.
I prefer mine a little crispy, but any bacon is good bacon.

nope no farmers market anymore. farmers market on wednesday evening when i have work. no one here does jowl bacon cut. havent been eating much bacon. think ive had like maybe a couple lbs last 4 months.
I have braved the great fireball in the sky to get a cold drink, and now I have returned to my nice cool basement.
