we already have icecream tacos, but they are basically the wafflecone as shells an a chocolate shell to keep the icecream in place.

Yes, it’s ice cream and homemade. There’s a video on Facebook on how to make it.
You would cut the cookie in half and use the chocolate that hardens to make the bottom while the ice cream is between the two halves.
