Tzeentch is the type of guy who tosses his child into a well full of weird stuff for fun.

“You said to go left at the cross roads, right?”
Skaven: “No-no, foolish-dumb thing! you turn-turn right-right!”

"This unit was a nice addition btw. I like all the spirally stuff, the ribbons of information "
the changling do like bein a lil troll alot
but that dlc was hated by the community…
"Yeah…but its warhammer fantasy in an rts setting…I mean partially TB sure, but its not entirely, the campaign map is about the only thing that is, its weird.
Much like this game nothing the developers do is actually going to change that outcome. You just simply can’t please everyone"
Edit: “I’m just glad we got a dev that actually somewhat cared about the art style”
its more so the fact that they overpriced it followed by giving so lil for so much.
“They overprice everything these days. I never did understand dlc …just abusive game marketing at that point. Whatever happened to having it all on one disc? why is that such a problem now? what? data size? give me a break. Give me my games on a thumb drive then instead of a disc, problem solved. I could go on, this is a niche hatred of mine lol”
its fair one at that.
the the total war hammer dlc is kinda the thing that would take too much time to just all the factions in one game.
considering HOW many factions are in warhammer fantasy or god forbid, wh40k.
"I get that but why is the dlc done in split packs instead of one large one ( or two moderates which makes way more sense season wise too, so like 4 every so often), release it to game stores as a thumb drive, charge $10-$20 and move on
More options versus the whole analog/digital argument. I get that, my point is more so, the reference to why is it always done in increments and why is it so important to modify the value of a variable we’re already playing with when the game is not made to be constantly rebalanced. The point of having an RTS is to have sides that are strong at certain things
If they’re OP at that certain thing, thats FINE! It’s not a freaking issue. because the next army should have the same thing with a different trait. Same as the old school RTS’s but no, we have to cater to everyone, so now we simplify it and screw the formulae entirely because we’re adding something else to it that doesn’t need to be there.
Other peoples opinions, namely, people within the company squabbling over statistical values that destroy games. MMO’s do it all day long (especially this one)"
total warhammer ones were 15 dollars, but they changed it to 25 due to the fact that they lost sales on Hyena game, and eventually expected net-loss on Egypt.
they are making up for it by promising more free-dlcs like more unique heroes or some units.
“After that mess they should’ve just given it to the userbase anyway, what did they have to lose at that point?”
i am just popping to say FREE GUS!
a few bucks apparently, regardless, thrones of decay dlc will probably be there last chance.
tho ima bet they will also re-use the big chaos beast from changling dlc but make it green, followed by adding a certain slug as a chaos lord.
“The slug I see coming, but that would be majorly disappointing in the same breath”
you do know which one im talkin about right?
The one that rides a toad dragon?
Ok, Gus is now free and is eating all your sausages and bacon…
YAY sausages and bacon for gus.
