one i go to you choose the spice level from 1-10. 1 being very very mild. 10 being…WHEE THIS SPICY! I think i linked menu once or twice. I link it in dms pretty tasty stuff.

I think I might just be reliving some recent Indian food happenings lol. I ordered the Chicken Vindaloo (which, great disk, I normally love it). Bbbuuuuttttt, they went nuke levels with it with no choice to turn it down a notch.
Like, most regular hot sauces don’t faze me. But right now? With all the surgeries? Nah. lol, big nah.
ETA: I wish they had a restaurant with that menu, in this town lol.

vindaloo is really really spicy. its quite tasty too. vindaloo no faze me. it gives me slight pause but then i keep eating more.

Yeah, it’s super good. But this one… mmaannn lol.
I ended up having to physically rinse off some of the sauce because it was overwhelming. Mixed it with my husbands leftover basmati rice with some of his buttered chicken sauce, too. That one worked though. No food wastage and gg!

At our old house, there was a place just down the street called Pho ‘Em. Loved their pho, first-rate chicken soup. Good for what ails you.
