No no. It’s Mr. Fluffles.
My naming convention remains very close to Blizzard’s.
Monkey see, monkey do. That’s how I make my names.
Vulpera names are usually comprised of simple 2-3 constant names with hard enunciated sounds, they stay away from complex sounds, And almost always end in vowels.
Kiro
Meerah
Nisha
Jenoh
Norah
Rikati
Eudora.
A Few example I’ve come up with:
Samsha
Kitaro
Linala
Hikati
Akoru
I took the word Vulpera and added a prefix and/or affix to it
Example
Warlock / Vulpera Vul’lock
Sha’man / Vul’pera = Sha’pera (feminine), Shapero (masculine)
As for the male names I added known masculine “o” “ir” “in” sounds.
As for the feminine names I added known female “i” “ia” “ee” “ay” sounds.
The affixes and prefixes were derrived from both eastern and western names. Some english, french, spanish, japanese, among others, using all the cutest of sounds.
For the female shaman (the class color is blue and so is a “sapphire” which is also a female name) so I modified Shapero into Saprina, and it odly resembles that of Sabrina which is an actual name while maintaining that of the sound of a sapphire. Saprina also has a petite/cute sound to it perfect for the vulpera, as it also resembles princess. The full meaning of a name like Saprina with actual “IRL HISTORY” the meaning would be “Sapphire Princess nymph of the river”
sap (sapphire)
prin (princess)
a (little girl - feminine - spanish & japanese )
Sabrina means “nymph of the river Severn”|“river goddess”
Saprina means “Little Sapphire Princess nymph of the river”|“Petite Sapphire River Goddess”
A very strong name for a shaman when you get down to it.
For Warlock, Furruption
Thats almost too good… (amazing pvp name ill give it that)
You know, I wish I had more useful information to contribute to this post. Maybe as I keep looking at it, I will post with a few other characters that I have named myself.
