I just don’t like Vulpera because they are a bit “too cute and cuddly” for my tastes. Horde is a bit of a joke, but then again, Alliance got diaper gnomes. Honestly I feel like both factions got pooped on with those two allied races. Really didn’t need either. Still waiting for Ogres.

So there’s a lot of self deceiving going on. But to put it in perspective, some of those that look down on us who play video games are at least as nerdy but in other ways… Thinking of all the armchair sport fans reciting game statistics.
It seems that we take that hierarchical structure and apply it to nerdiness so some forms of nerdiness are deemed better than others.

I don’t “hate”, but the reality was just significantly more disappointing than the fantasy.

Because we asked for and got a totem to scare them away so we wouldn’t have to kill them, and they still joined the Horde. Ungrateful rats! It’s enough to wish the totem set their fur on fire instead.

I know, coming from a goblin, these are some mighty opinions, buuut…
They’re cutesy. Cute lil’ furry [Edit; corrected a grammatical error and want to elaborate that I mean furry as an adjective, not in reference to a group of people] babies. We are the Horde. We are not Petsmart. A bull can gore you, an angry enough panda could kill you. A teeny lil fox kit? Yeah unless you give me rabies, I could honestly just punt you. Get back in Karen’s purse and shut yer bark-hole.
Also their hands creep me out.
Edit; that said, I do not bully players running around on their vulpera. Are they happy? Great! That’s all that matters! I still hate them, though. A lot.

I think most people are hurt because of the reasoning. With what amounts to less then half a page of lore they justified Vulpera going to horde.
Meanwhile there is literal years of mega threads with detailed evidence and in game lore (both for and against) of why Alliance should get plyable helfs.

I don’t hate the vulpera. Their coats are nice and soft and after a good brushing, cleaning and maybe a nice satin lining they will go great with evening wear.

First I dont nessecrly hate them but they do not belong in a war faction of warriors and battle lovers…
nor do pandas or taurn they should all (all 3 be kicked out and sent to the alliance)
I don’t hate them of themself in fact story wise (zone) was great but they do not belong in a warriors faction … We soldiers we love battle and we love to kill and destroy that is who we are… and we should have gotten gil goblins or the snakes at least they would suit the hordes theme but the 3 (fur) ones should be kicked out of the horde with there pansy peace loving ideals gone forever.

Same thing with Worgen we’re spose to be Werewolves but the Furry Community has tarnished our good name and made everyone think we’re either into doing weird stuff at Goldshire or we’re all Futas running around giving Goldshire Showers.
When I first saw Vulpera I thought “Okay, yet another anthropomorphic animal race. Not for me, but whatever.” Then I did the questline on Vol’dun and really couldn’t stand them. I thought they were irritating. The voice acting, the dialogue, etc. That’s my opinion though. Then they became playable and attracted some of the most annoying people possible. The kind of people who are like “UwU you dont like Vulpera!?!? Stop being jealous of how kawaii I am!!” So now I’m a Vulpera hater. If you want to play one that’s fine but that doesn’t mean I need to love it.
