I highly doubt Vulperas give any value to the patron Loa of the Sethraks!
They seem to talk about their profit a lot.
Im surprised they cant be druids. in Guardians of the Galaxy Rocket follows around a big tree named Groot. Oh well.
A minority of the Sethrak attacked them. Not all of them.
During the war of the ancients there was a fox like creature amongst the battle so this could be their demi-god. So Vulpera are probably similar in origin to grove keepers/dryads/tauren/and centaurs. Being children of a demigod.
Can’t have atheism if there is definitive proof of Gods or god-like beings. They are probably anti-theists or deists.
What if they worship phillip J Fry, the mysterious Micheal J Foxx god of the cosmos
They worship shinies. Their loa is the junk raptor hekekekek
They’re atheists.
Yes I know the quote from wowpedia!
It could be some wild god like Goldrinn!
But vulperas show no visible sign of thinking of gods or loas!
They talk more about desert-related things they live in!
This does not mean that they do not have faith or worship any deity! I think they just don’t practice as much as other people!
Something like the cimerians, in Conan! They worshiped Krom (a type of Odin who listened little to them) but did not usually pray to him for quite long reasons so I can explain now!
Still, let’s remember that Sethraliss has been absent for centuries and that is why the Sethraks themselves have forgotten it!
And hardly the vulperes would cry to the gods of their tormentors for help! Even if only a few of them were causing problems!
I mean, I guess?
But not 100% of Vulpera would be against following Sethraliss.
Hell, some of them follow Ashvane and we all know how that turned out.
She is a villain, with nothing divine in her nature or motives!
Well, maybe we see vulperas clamoring out to Sethraliss sometime!
Vulpera are loosely based of the Roma people. As wanderers, they often have a fusion of different faiths, from the various lands they have travelled.
They probably do blend in with other races. They are a scavenging nation so they are probably the pinnacle of adaptation meaning they can take trash or deemed useless items and make something of it.
So the same could be said to their culture and religion, allowing them to blend almost seamlessly into a group or culture but while putting their own spin on it.
They have a religion based around fear. Fear of humans wanting to do horrible, unspeakable things to them. The things you ask? Yes. Those things. I ain’t telling you what they are you know what it is.
Yeah, their god could very much be like Krom. A god who doesn’t really care to be warshipped and in general doesn’t get involved, so praying to them is pointless. They’d still respect the god, though.
You mean skinning them for their coats? Horrible humans…
Probably that too. lol. Besides the other UNSPEAKABLE things.
Ah yes. You mean, the “Petting”.
Vulpera children need to be warned that if humans are involved there’s no such thing as free pets.
